Each month (excluding July and August) we have a chapter meeting on the second Wednesday that also includes an educational program. Our chapter meetings are typically held at Arizona Small Business Association (ASBA) at 4600 Washington St. #340, Phoenix, AZ 85034. We meet at 5:30pm for social networking, the business meeting starts at 6pm and is followed by the program. Most of our programs are approved for CEUs. All chapter members are welcome and we also encourage guests to attend.
Partnering: co-creating the coaching relationship
In keeping with ICF Phoenix Chapter tradition, our 2017 Educational Retreat offers a great opportunity to deepen and broaden your coaching competencies, while networking with your colleagues. The theme of "Partnering" is designed to help us better understand the client's expectations of coaches, how to leverage Conversational Intelligence to co-create the partnership, becoming more self-aware of our biases and what we can do to enter into meaningful partnership without judgment, and lastly what to look for in clients regarding their openness to partnering in a coaching relationship.
