Joy C. Lubeck, MBA, ACC
Joy is the founder and principal of The Lubeck Group, LLC, a coaching practice and talent management consultancy dedicated to driving sustainable change through the integration of global business management, leadership development and cross cultural understanding.
Joy has enjoyed a successful career as a Vice President of Executive Education at Thunderbird School of Global Management, where she worked with for-profit clients such as American Express, Grupo Alfa, Chase Card Services, Intel China and Cisco collaborating on the design and delivery of powerful executive development learning engagements. A social psychologist by training, Sherri has nearly 20 years of experience leading evaluation and organizational effectiveness initiatives in industry and higher education. In addition to being a coach, she serves in an executive role at a large private university. Previously she led strategic planning at a large community college district and conducted confidential president evaluations at one of the largest urban, public university systems in the country.
